My name is William Mallow, and for as long as I can remember, real estate has been a passion of mine.

Born and raised in the Metro Detroit area, I’ve seen this city in all its seasons. From boom to bust and back again, Detroiters have proven time and time again that we’re built different: resilient, proud, and full of heart. It’s no wonder we’re called the “Renaissance City.” There’s a spirit here, in our neighborhoods, our traditions, and our people, that you won’t find anywhere else.

I bought my first investment property in 2013 and never looked back. Since then, I’ve been fortunate enough to work on every side of the business, including buying, selling, leasing, and investing, alongside some incredible mentors and clients who have become lifelong friends. I bring that experience to the table with every transaction, along with a real understanding of what matters most to you.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me at a Tigers, Wings, Pistons, or Lions game — or grabbing coneys at Lafayette (sorry American fans, we can still be friends!). On Saturday mornings, I’m up early with my three boys, hunting for deals at Eastern Market and soaking up everything this city has to offer.
